Returns:
Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.
To start a return, please email kidsclothesca@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Items must be:
• Unworn and unused
• In original condition
• Returned with all original tags and packaging
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
For convenience, we may provide a prepaid return label. If used, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.
You may also return items using your preferred carrier at your own expense. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within a few business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
